The short version
- We only use what the website and app need to work. No advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
- The app saves your check-ins on your phone so it works offline. Clearing your browser data deletes them from your phone.
What cookies and on-device storage are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Websites and apps can also save information on your device in other ways, such as "local storage" and a browser database. The same rules apply to all of these, so this policy covers them all.
What we use

Why we do not ask for permission
The law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) lets a website or app use cookies and storage without asking first when they are strictly necessary for something you have asked for. Everything above is strictly necessary for the website or app to work, so you do not need to accept anything. We do not use any optional cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask you first and you will be able to say no.
Controlling cookies and storage
You can delete cookies and stored information in your browser settings at any time. If you clear the app's storage before your check-ins have been sent to us, they will be lost from your phone. To delete your information from our records as well, use "Delete all my data" (safeguarding records are the exception, see the Privacy Policy) in "About this app" first.
